Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the VeriEzi application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, you must stop using the App immediately.

Purpose of the App

VeriEzi is designed to facilitate Verification of Identity (VOI) processes for property-related transactions and other identity-dependent services.

The App allows users to submit identity documents, complete biometric checks, and share VOI results with authorised parties.

VeriEzi does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for professional legal or compliance services.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information when submitting identity documents or data.
• Ensuring you have the authority to upload and share documents belonging to yourself or another person, where applicable.
• Keeping your login credentials secure and preventing unauthorised access to your account.
• Complying with all applicable laws when using the App.
• Any misuse of the App or false identity information may result in suspension or termination.

Identity Verification Results

VOI results generated in VeriEzi are based solely on the information and documents you provide.

VeriEzi and Dingo Devs Pty Ltd do not guarantee or certify the authenticity of documents uploaded by users.

The receiving party (e.g., a lawyer, conveyancer, or agent) retains full discretion to accept, reject, or request further verification.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important. VeriEzi processes personal information in accordance with Australian privacy principles (APPs) and relevant state-based VOI requirements.

We may collect and process:

• Identity documents
• Photos, videos, and biometric data
• Contact information
• Device information for security and fraud prevention
• Usage data to improve system performance

Data Storage & Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure.

You acknowledge and understand that:

• Some data may be stored with third-party cloud providers located in Australia or overseas.
• VOI results may be shared with authorised parties selected by you or by your service provider (e.g., your lawyer).

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, software code, and materials within the App are the exclusive property of Dingo Devs Pty Ltd.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Upload fraudulent, altered, or misleading identity documents
• Interfere with system security or attempt to access other users’ data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse the App’s features
• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorised purpose

Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available and functioning smoothly, but:

• We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• VeriEzi is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Dingo Devs Pty Ltd is not liable for loss, damages, or claims arising from your use of the App

We are not responsible for decisions made by third-party organisations based on your VOI results

We do not guarantee acceptance of VOI results by all institutions or professionals

Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party identity services, cloud providers, or verification tools.

We are not responsible for the content, terms, or performance of these third parties.

Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You breach these Terms
• We detect fraudulent or suspicious activity
• You misuse the App or attempt unauthorised access

You may delete your account at any time within the App settings.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.

Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any dispute shall be handled within Queensland jurisdiction.
